Returns / Refunds:

Most products have extended Satisfaction Guarantees ranging from 30, 60, 90 , 120 and 395 days, in addition to the manufacturer warranty / guarantee . Although most products are returnable, certain personal care and food related products may not be eligible for return. To return an item: Because products are shipped from various suppliers having different addresses,advise me first for specific return address instructions, then, send the item back in original condition, postage pre-paid for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges paid on the original order. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, etc. . Please be advised that packages sent by normal US or Canadian Postal Service cannot always be adequately tracked to ensure delivery.
