The electronic hand control is both lightweight and large enough to be held comfortably so I expect its ergonomic design would be suitable persons with arthritis too. Both models have adjustable Velcro for custom sizing for calf up to 18 inches in circumference. The Deluxe model will fit a thigh up to 27 inches in circumference. Both models are sold as a pair and include two lower leg massage boots. The Deluxe model includes two thigh sections.
