This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.

CliC® Goggles warrants this product for the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty covers all defects encountered  in normal use of the product by the owner and does not apply to damage to the product due to misuse or uses for which the product was not intended, abuse, alteration, mishandling, accident, commercial use or if the product has been repaired by someone other than the warrantor.

In no event will CliC® be responsible for consequential or incidental damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on the product.

CliC® will repair or replace, at our option, at no charge, a defective product provided it is returned, shipping prepaid with proof of purchase to:
