Cozy Foot Warmer is pre-tested and set to the correct temperature for use. The mat has been designed as a radiant heater so warmth travels upward, circulating around your feet and legs. Contains an electric heating element that produces a uniform radiant heat and is thermostatically controlled so that heat will be maintained at a constant maximum temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit. The heating element is molded within the rubber to eliminate the danger of fire or electric shock. Instructions are provided in both French and English for Canadian orders.
