I'll only sell products to you that I wouldn't hesitate to buy for myself.

Orders made by phone direct to TESCO Ent. Ltd. are likewise processed utilizing InternetSecure. Useable written record of your credit card details are not kept on file or carelssly discarded. Shipping and Delivery:

You won't be charged an inflated, flat-rate shipping fee. E-Parcel automatically calculates accurate shipping rates based on destination zip codes and postal codes. Some select items have shipping included in the price, or , a reasonable flat rate shipping fee.

USA customers: On select items I've made special arrangements with reliable US suppliers to ship direct within the US via UPS, Fed Ex or USPS to expedites delivery and avoid any possible border/customs fees for those particular products. And because you are buying from Canada there is no sales tax applicable on U.S.A. orders

Canadian customers: Orders destined for Canada ship from stock maintained in Canada so you are shopping direct and will not incur additional customs / duty fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Shipping to your door or PO Box is done through Canada Post. Because you are buying from Canada, either HST or GST will be applicable.

All orders,for in stock items,are processed within one to four business days and sent by either UPS , Fedex, United States Postal Service, or Canada Post. Options include next day delivery, 3 day, XpressPost USA, XpressPost Canada, XpressPost International, regular Air and regular Ground service.

Customs, duty, VAT, any / all such importation fees applicable to international orders are additional, entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product purchase price or the price of shipping.

Returns / Refunds:

Most products have a Return Policy and a Satisfaction Guarantee ranging from 30, 60, 90 , 120 and 395 days, in addition to the manufacturer warranty / guarantee . Each product that is returnable is clearly marked as to the respective Satisfaction Guarantee. Food and perishable items are not refundable.

To return an item,advise me first for specific return address instructions, then, send the item back in original condition, postage pre-paid for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges paid on the original order. It is important to know that any drop-ship fees, C.O.D fees ,import tax or customs/broker handling charges incurred by TESCO Enterprises (The Eclectic Sales Co.)for returned products will be deducted from the original product purchase price..

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, etc. . TESCO Enterprises (The Eclectic Sales Co.) is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Products to be returned should be packed carefully and shipped in appropriate protective packaging.

Please be advised that packages sent by normal US or Canadian Postal Service cannot always be adequately tracked to ensure delivery. TESCO Enterprises (The Eclectic Sales Co.) will not provide a refund or credit of any kind for a returned item without confirming its receipt, I recommend that you use a delivery service that provides complete package tracking and/or insurance for loss or damage.

Pricing for Canadians and Americans:

Shoppers in the USA or Canada may select either US or Canadian dollar currencies purchases for direct payment without conversion by your credit card company. Credit card payment may be made through: Master Card,VISA, American Express and Discoverer.

For non-credit card purchases use: cheque,money order and of course PayPal too. Canadian orders may now use Interac Online services.
